Estimates and Scope
Estimates are free and are based on the conditions observed at the time of the visit. Concealed conditions found after demolition, such as failed substrate, water damage, or cabinet runs that are out of level beyond a normal shimming range, may change the scope. We will tell you before we proceed with any change.
Workmanship and Limitations
We stand behind our fabrication and installation. Natural stone varies from slab to slab in color, veining and pattern, and those variations are a property of the material rather than a defect. Damage caused by misuse, impact, harsh chemicals, or failure to follow the care guidance we provide is not covered.
